What is the Reward Point Program ?
To thank you all for your support and to offer incentives, we have launched the Reward Point Program. Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at EU Shoppper you will earn Reward Points on your purchases.
Once earned, you can use these points to pay for any purchases at EU Shopper.

How does the Program work ?
For every Euro you spend, you receive reward points.
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. All pending points are credited to your account (earned points) after they are approved/confirmed by EU Shopper. Now you are ready to spend them on whatever you like. Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points. During the checkout procces you can select to pay (fully or partially) for your order with your earned points.

Points and Values ?
Each point is worth EUR 0.01 (1 euro cent). Please feel free to use them as you like.

Redeeming Reward Points ?
If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use these points to pay for any purchases made at EU Shopper.

• During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available.
• Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you can see the value of the points redeemed towards your order.
• Confirm your order, your Reward Points will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Promotional Points
Sometimes we offer extra Reward Points on registration or certain purchases. All these promotional Reward Points will be credited to your account within 1-business day.

Will I earn points for shipping fees ?
No. When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees are excluded.

Will I earn points for discounted products ?
Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, all items are included. Points will be awarded on the discounted price value (final price).

Will I earn points for purchases through EU Shopper's Ebay Store ?
No. Please understand that we operate on very thin margins and are trying to bring the best price to you.

Conditions of Use

• Reward Points are only available to registered EU Shopper members.
• Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases. And are only valid at EU Shopper, unless we specifically state.
• Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
• Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
• Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
• When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
